Question: How do I make an order ? 

   Answer: 1.Once you want to make an order, choose your size and color click the "Buy Now " button 

               2.write down your address , choose a payment method 

               3.complete your order 

Question: How do I pay? what are payment methods available on?

   Answer:You can pay via paypal as your first and most convenient payment method. Besides paypal the 2nd most common payment way is with credit card. 

Question: How do I know if my payment is successful?

   Answer:You will get an email confirming your order and payment which is an indication that your payment is successfully recieved. You can can also visit  and log into your account to check the order status at any time.

   Answer:We could ship worldwide. Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

It normally takes 1 business day for us to process your order.

And normally your orders can be delivered within 10-15 workding days if it is free shipping ( recently adopted ) and 5-7 days with express shipping. 

Question: Do you provide tracking no?

   Answer:We do provide tracking on most orders. You will get an email notification of your shipment tracking along with tracking site. You can also login to our website and go to order tracking page to check the status of your shipment.

Question: Who is responsible for customs / tax?

   Answer: Customs and taxes very depending on country and it is buyer's responsibility to deal with customs & taxes according to their local law. Most countries reward their citizens for taxes they pay and can be returned back after a set period of time. We as seller are not responsible for any tax/ customs duty charged by your custom / tax department. Please contact with us directly first . We will do our best to solve the matter for you. Please do not worry about it.
